DocuBank provides emergency access to your healthcare directives via fax and online. We include DocuBank as part of our estate planning services to ensure that your documents will be available where they are needed, when they are needed.

LegalVaultTM
LegalVaultTM is a new program very similar to DocuBank except that it has additional features of allowing the storage of non-health care documents as well as the advantage of being able to access your documents through our website, with a HIPAA-compliant SSL connection to ensure privacy in a secure architecture, similar to that used by banks for online transactions. Doctors can log in and access your information, using the PIN number from your Wallet Card when you show it to your Doctor. They can also request your documents faxed, just as DocuBank does. You can give trusted family members or agents your login information and they can view your legal documents if they want to. You will see a separate link on our website for LegalVault clients to login to access their information.
This service, like DocuBank, is provided through Earley Law Offices, to members in the Maintenance Program. If you are not in the Maintenance Program and want to be, let us know. If you do not want to be in the Maintenance Program but would like to be enrolled in LegalVault, send us an email (info@earleylawoffices.com) and inquire as to how you can get enrolled.
